Ballarat is full of beautiful public picnic spots (we are happy to suggest a location), alternatively host your picnic at home or a private venue.

Choose your package

Select from either our ‘Vanilla Bean’,  ‘Strawberries and Cream’ or ‘Tea and Cake’ package.

Email to confirm availability

Once you have decided the important details, please email us with the following details: date, location, package, and number of guests and we will confirm availability.

Complete the booking form and pay the 25% non-refundable deposit fee

Once we have confirmed availability, we will send you a booking form, terms & conditions and instructions on how to pay the deposit.

We will send you an invoice for the balance of payment two weeks before your event. Full payment is required seven days before the date of your booking.
